Marcin Stempniewicz discussed the challenges and opportunities related to the photogrammetry scanning of the underwater overhead environments, based ont he Maria Concordia Project example. After the talk we presented the VR experience based on the 3d scan of the Marie Agnes silver mine.
BALTICTECH CONFERENCE

Sharing the stage with Mikko Paasi from Bottomline project, Marcin Stempniewicz presented the outcomes of the Poland’s first overhead photogrammetry survey in the Marie Agnes silver mine. Together they discussed the improving technical possibilities of accurate mapping of remote underwater spaces and how this kind of activities can be used in order to improve the cave diver’s safety.
